Mrs. Brisby and Justin (his persona from the first movie at least)

Mrs. Brisby for sure, as well as her spunky daughter Teresa, and big ratty boys Justin and that evul Jenner.
Jeremy Crow would be another favorite too.

Justin of course (from the first film only, not the absurd sequel). His mix of laid-back attitude and display of bravery made him a really interesting character. I love the way he's introduced when he scares Mr. Ages.

I would have to say both Justin and Jenner since their sword fight is similar to the Star Wars light saber fights between Jedi Knights and Sith Lords of course with Justin as Obi-Wan and Jenner as Anakin Skywalker in Episode III "Revenge of the Sith".

Then of course in Episode IV "A New Hope" it would be Jenner in the helmeted-cloaked-body armored uniform facing off against his former teacher Justin one last time aboard the Death Star battle station where Justin allows Jenner to strike him down but vanishes, merges into the Force as a ghost spirit.

Then in Episode VI "Return of the Jedi" it would have Timothy as Luke Skywalker freeing his father Jenner as Darth Vader from the dark-side when Jenner turns on Belladonna "All Dogs Go to Heaven the Series" as Emperor Palpatine and kills his evil teacher then gazes upon his son with his own eyes one last time before merging into the Force as a ghost spirit.
