to me the Hellhound becuase he appeared in the scene where Charlie had a nightmare about going to hell and im not really sure about Red and Belladonna to me is more of a comic relief but what do you think tell me which All Dogs go to Heaven villain that you think is terrifying .

Their not really Scary but if I had to choose one it would probably be the Hellhound.

The Hell-Hound reminds me of Satan in disguise waiting to claim innocent victim's souls to force them to work for him forever. But when Annabelle destroyed him as a orb of heavenly light near the end of the first movie we all know that evil cannot win or triumph over goodness & kindness. As for Belladonna the witch whippet twin sister-cousin to Annabelle in ADGTH the Series, I like her as my #1 heel character to be exact.
Red, Belladonna and Hell-Hound will debut in "Charlie Barkin's New Heavenly Adventures" this November 10, 2019 on Cartoon Network and Hub Network to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of "All Dogs Go to Heaven" that debut in theaters on November 10, 1989.
