Cleo was born in the city and her parents died when she was only a few months old. she loved Charlie but never had the gut's to tell him. they were friends growing up and helped each other through tough times. but when sasha came into the picture cleo ran away from the city she new that charlie love sasha and she new she couldn't compete. finally she has came back taking care of charlies new pup's when she has the chance.
