This Chinese Crested dog appeared only in the second Lady and the Tramp movie. Probably a male, he was one of the pound dogs when Scamp was caught by the dogcatcher and brought to his box. Unlike the other dogs that weren't happy to see a pup in such place, this dog teased Scamp, especially after the pup discovered to be imprisoned in the same cell that Reggie was. While Scamp was trying to not get bitten, the Chinese Crested kep laughing of Scamp. When Tramp and Angel arrived, he tried to act friendly towards the dogs, in order to get freed but it didn't impress much the trio of dogs and he was left there.
