Personality: Fez is typically described as being a more 'high class' dog. He doesn't like to get dirty or fight or anything of the sort, and much prefers to just lay in the sun or watch his owner create clothes. He's a bit more feminine than most male dogs, meaning he can more easily connect with females and takes more interest in human clothing and such. Fez is also a bit sassy, and likes to come up with good comebacks, however is very sensitive when insulted, where he will react with shock and sometimes anger. He often tries to chat up females, and has quite a bit of charm, however he isn't always successful, especially if he has a crush on them. But, despite his lack of luck in the romantic field, he is easily able to gain female friends, and has a large clique of friends in the neighborhood, not including his main one with Frisky and the others.

History: Fez was originally born to a female Chihuahua mix who happened to have mated with the neighbor's Chihuahua, who was a descendant of Pedro. When she gave birth, her owners sold off the puppies, including Fez. He was initially adopted by an older woman who gave it to her daughter as a present for when she moved away. When he was given to his owner, named Natalie Kumar, she in turn gave him the name Fez. She then moved to Ohio, where she began to start her business on clothing for people and pets. Growing up with Natalie, he was used to modeling little accessories and such that she planned to sell, so he began to take more of an interest in it.

When Fez was about 9 months old, he and his owner moved out of the hustle and bustle of the city to a calm and quiet suburb, so his owner could be 'inspired' as she liked to say. Initially, Fez was slightly timid, seeing as he had been in the city his entire life. But, he soon gained confidence, as well as several friends. It wasn't until he was a bit older when he became friends with Frisky, and he helped form their own little clique together. And while he does occasionally hang out with other dogs, mainly girls, Frisky's group is one of his bigger and main groups. One day, he met a female dog in the neighborhood named Rachel, and the two soon grew closer, to the point where he showed her his group of friends with Frisky, and he developed feelings. Eventually, the two became a couple, and he currently enjoys living in his little neighborhood, and chatting with his friends.

Relation to LATT: Descendant of Pedro, his friend Frisky is a descendant of Lady/Tramp/Scamp/Angel/Annette/Collette/Danielle, his friends are all descendants of dogs like Sparky, Buster, Toughy, and Peg.
