Full Name: Vincent Bernard Sarkozi IV
Name Meaning/Origin: Vincent is from the Roman name Vincentius, which was from Latin vincere "to conquer" | Bernard from the Germanic element bern ("bear") combined with hard "brave, hardy"; it was bought over by the Normans to England | Sarkozi means someone from Sárköz - a region of Hungary
Nicknames: Vinny or Vinni (however you want to spell it)
Sex: Male
Age: He is older than Scamp and Angel by a few months; around six or seven months old
Breed: Brittany and saluki cross
Personality: Vincent believes that because he is (part) roality, that he can just boss everyone around and tell them to do things without their consent. He is very much of a stuck-up jerk without even knowing it. Vincent gets argumentative and defends his loved ones -and things he loves dearly- with pride; the dog is really passionate when it comes to his loved ones and things he adores. He is quite romantic, but that's only if he finds a girl to be with. Vincent is very flirty and tends to go out with multiple girls before they find out and break up with him. He thinks they're being unfair, but Vinny is a heartbreaker and it took a good deal of time for him to actually see what he was doing wrong. Vincent is a huge whiney pouter and gets easily peeved when things don't go right for him. He hates that everyone sees him as a "bad guy"; though it may not seem like it, Vincent is very sensitive and it doesn't take a lot for his feelings to get hurt. He just takes all the bad remarks and tries to keep a straight face because it would severely damage his ego if everyone else saw him cry. Vincent is very much a drama queen king and will freak out and have a panic attack when he comes in contact with things he fears. He is not actually manipulative, but he does try to sugar-coat things and talk others into doing things in ways he sees fit." He is quite loving, very intelligent and a bit sophisticated -unlike Kandas- but despite their different aspects on life, Vincent and Kandas are surprisingly really good friends.

Voice: J. Michael Tatum
Singing voice: Emmanuel Dahl
Fur Color: The color resembles a mix between amber and light chestnut
Marking Colors: Dark sienna, light hazel and white
Eye Color: Aqua blue/green
Body: As a puppy, Vincent wasn't that tall and his legs were pretty stocky. His body frame was -and still is- rectangular, his neck is medium in length, and his head is a bit squarish with a slightly elongated muzzle (kudos to his mother's side of the family) As a teenager, he has grown taller and is only a few inches shorter than the notorious Tramp. Vincent's paws are pretty large and flat, greatly contrasting from his daintier rounded paws from puppy-hood; his fur has grown longer as well, especially on his face and hind legs.
Additional accessories: He wears a dark blue leather collar with a golden tag that has his name on the front, and his owners' street address on the back
Parents: Vincent Bernard Sakozi III and Juliette
Siblings: He has five other siblings: three brothers and two sisters. Vincent is the fifth youngest of the litter.
Love interest(s): When he was younger, he had plenty of crushes and hooked up with plenty of beautiful females -a lot of which eventually broke up with him when they found out he was a multiple dater- but there were two dogs whom he had his eyes on constantly, no matter how many other dates he went on: Angel and Penelope.
Crushers: No one at the moment, but Penelope reveals her feelings toward him once they get older
Mate: None for now; he and Penelope are mates when they get older
Puppies: None now, but he and Penelope have a litter of five when they're older; Victor, Henri, Valérie, Thimothée, and Hugo
Friends: Well, he admits that he doesn't have many real friends, just Samuel and Kandas.
-Samuel: Vincent's housemate. At first, the two of them didn't get along at all and Vincent was very rude towards Samuel. When the other found out that Vincent liked Angel, too, Samuel got a bit hostile toward the French dog. Eventually, the two of them managed to forget (a little bit) and forgive and learned to cope with the each other living under the same roof.
-Kandas: Despite their outlooks on life, Vincent and Kandas actually get along rather well. They do have their things that they disagree on -and argue occasionally- but they are really good friends
Enemies: Though he doesn't like Buster, Vincent doesn't really have any true enemies
Heros: None
Rivals: Subconsciously, he and Samuel are rivals in their quest to gain Angel's love; he and Georgia are bitter rivals
Acquaintances: Bruce, Dexter, Jeremy, Iggy, Owl, Spencer, T.P.
Gang: He's not actually in T.P.'s gang of strays, but he does visit every day occasionally
Status: Owned by Mrs. Miriam and Mr. Joshua Tate
Likes: Penelope, getting along with everyone, fancy things, shiny objects, roses (they're his favorite flower), he loves the color red, pedigree dog food, living the "good life" as a House Pet, pretty girls, being the center of attention, classical music, comedies
Dislikes/Hates: When everyone in the gang turns against him, when Rose gets jealous when he's hanging out with other girls, having to do something that he feels is wrong, he hates that everyone thinks he's a terrible dog, tragedies (but his favorite play is Romeo and Juliet')
Fears: Being hit by a car/carriage or trampled by a horse; he is claustrophobic to the extreme, has hemophobia (minor bleeding cuts won't do anything but make him feel a bit queasy; it's the bigger ones that cause him to faint), and is terrified of getting even a little bit of dust on his fur
History: Vincent was born in Paris, France and lived in a luxurious apartment with his mother and five other siblings. His father was a famous show dog who was used for breeding purposes sometimes, so Vincent never got the chance to know him. His father wasn't even supposed to have pups with his mother, producing his half-breed children, but Vinny had not idea about that. He only got to see Vincent Bernard Sakozi III in the newspapers as "Best in Show". Vincent was jealous of his father and always wondered why he was never able to be a show dog or why his father was never around. His mother never told him at the time, but later on she explained that Vincent Bernard Sakozi III was of a "royal", leading all the way back to the medieval days, and champion bloodline; she wasn't supposed to have puppies with Vincent's father because it would have messed up his linage. After that, Vincent began to isolate himself from his family, especially his mother.
Later on, when he was about four months of age, Vincent was the only pup of his litter to be chosen by his female owner to go overseas to New England by boat so she could go and visit her relatives in the States. When they arrived, Vincent was surprised to find out that his owner's cousins also had a little puppy roaming around the place. The French dog went up to him and introduced himself. the other dog's name was Samuel and he thought Vincent would be a pretty good friend until he started demanding Samuel to get him something to eat and drink. Samuel thought nothing of it and showed Vincent his half-eaten food in his food dish. The French puppy was immediately disgusted and turned down the offer. Both of them went back into the living room where he and Samuel overheard their owners agreeing to take Vincent in; his owner wasn't able to take care of him, his siblings, and his mother anymore. Vincent heard her say that she was also going to give his brothers and sisters away and nearly broke down. Samuel contemplated on comforting him and settled for patting Vincent on the back.
Later on that week, Samuel decided that he'd try to cheer Vincent up and took him outside and down to the abandoned train station alley to show him the gang he was in. At first, everyone seemed to like Vincent and T.P. let him join. However, all of them -especially Samuel- grew to regret even letting Vincent in; the Frenchy was quick to start bossing everyone around like he first did Samuel and the entire gang began to loath the new member. Samuel had told them not to kick him out of the gang, Vincent was his friend and roommate and the House Pet was sure he'd straighten up soon.
Soon never came, and Vincent's attitude got worse and worse until Samuel made him stay away from the gang, claiming that the puppies had become infected with lice and fleas. This disgusted Vincent and he vowed he would never return to the alley. Vincent and Sammy hung around the house and played (one-sided) games of fetch and tag. One day, Vincent stated that he was bored and was going on a walk by himself. As he padded down the the sidewalk that he notice was beginning to crack and fill with dirt, Vincent happened to pass a young female dog with golden fur and cream markings. Vincent was immediately intrigued by her appearance and approached her. Though she didn't look the least bit lost, Vincent was quick to ask her if she needed any help getting to where she was headed (not that he could actually help her; he hadn't the time to look around this entire town the few weeks he had lived there). Of course, the puppy gave him a weird look but politely answered no to his offer to help her. The French puppy asked her if she was sure and this time to female dog gave him a short, annoyed growl: "I am really sure I know these back alleys." After that, she ran past him and Vincent, in disbelief that a pretty lady was running away from him instead of to him, turned around and loudly asked her what her name was. She barked back, "Angel," before rounded a corner and disappearing out of sight. Both puppies thought that they'd never see each other again, but they were very wrong.
About a month later, Vincent had gotten used to living on Snob Hill, he went out on a walk by himself again; Samuel had been taken to the vet by both of their owners because the dingy-grey mix-breed had been bitten on the muzzle by a dog belonging to someone else when their owners had taken him to go and meet the older dog. Vincent was accidently left outside and the Brittany mix took it upon himself to go and entertain himself with something. It was about two o'clock when Vincent happened to walk back down the same alley he had seen Angel a moth ago, and he caught a glimpse of her again, only this time she was with some other dogs. "Mademoiselle Ange!" he called, causing all heads to turn and Angel grimaced. After that, Vincent was "oh so politely" introduced to Buster, the self-proclaimed "King" of the Junkyard Dogs that ran a muck around the local junkyard, and a two other members of the gang -Mooch and Ruby. Vincent didn't like Angel's friends (he thought that they should be locked up in the pound), but he followed Angel around town for a few minutes until Buster chased him away.
He didn't encounter Angel for a while after that, but he found out that his housemate, Samuel, had befriended the young stray a few days after he had. Vincent was a bit jealous and decided that every time he was out and saw his housemate and the lovely Angel around town, he'd butt in and (try to) start a conversation with the golden-furred puppy. He thought that her time with Sammy could wait; he was trying to woo a pretty girl while Samuel was just trying to make friends. He could wait. Later on, Vincent returned to T.P.'s gang on his own, having found out that the puppies there did not have a flea infestation after all. The French dog tried to be nice to the others after they told him how they felt about his "Frenchy attitude", and Vincent's come a long ways from what he was like when he first joined the gang, but he is still having a bit of trouble with actually fitting in with the stray puppies.
Relationship to the LaTT Universe: He is housemates with Samuel; he and Sammy happen to be friends with Angel.
Relationships to Other Characters
Bruce: They don't talk much, but they do respect each other. Sometimes Vincent will say something that offends Bruce without knowing it, and the older chow chow will either growl at him or get up and leave Vincent by himself.
Cole: He can't stand the younger dog's attitude, not even from afar. Vincent and Cole don't interact with each other much.
Cross: They are on good terms with each other and Vincent tries to get her out of her shell. They enjoy a god chat with each other once in a while.
Dexter: They don't talk that often, but when they do, it is usually when they git into mini arguments about Vincent's way of treating others. Vinny states that he sees the spark in Dexter's eyes whenever Iggy's around, but then it fades when she and Spencer talk and play. A few times, Vincent has given Dexter a few pointers on how to catch Iggy's attention, or even get her to notice him, but Dexter's just too shy to go through with it. Vincent often tells him not to give up.
Georgia: They don't get along often, only when Vincent does something that Georgia likes. They can't agree on anything without an argument breaking out between them.
Iggy: He doesn't pay her much attention, but still respects her though she cannot talk.
Jeremy: Again, the two of them don't really talk, but Jeremy has been trying to strengthen his relation with Vincent; he's thought him how to scavenge for food (sorta) and has given the French puppy a few tips on how not to be a bad friend. They talk occasionally now.
Kandas: They are great friends despite how they see life. They do fight every now and then, but usually make up to each other by bring each other food, inviting them to tag along when they go places by themselves for company.
Oakly: Vincent has only seen and heard of Kandas' younger brother a couple of times, so he doesn't really know much about Oakly.
Owl: They talk a little bit, more now than they ever have. Again, Vincent has a habit of saying things that can be offensive to Owl and, unlike Bruce, Owl will usually lash out at him to inflict verbal or physical pain. It takes both of them a few days to a week to apologize to each other.
Penelope: The love of his life. Though he may go on many dates, Vincent heart lies with Penelope, though, as a puppy, she doesn't see this as so. He kept pursuing her though she would brush him off and call him names and be brash to him. Later on, both forgave each other and became mates and had a littler together.
Samuel: Vincent's roommate. They used to have a complicated relationship when Vincent first moved in. Vincent was a bossy and stuck up jerk, then Sammy found out that the French pooch had a crush on Angel, the same dog he liked. He became quite hostile toward Vincent but after discovering that the newcomer only wanted a friend, not an enemy, Samuel then began to be nicer to Vincent.
Spencer: They talk a little. Vincent never directly mentions to Spencer that Dexter likes his new-found friend, Iggy, but Spenc doesn't seem to know how to take a hint.
T.P.: They don't see eye-to-eye on things all the time, and even though he's not the best leader he's seen, Vincent does treat T.P. with respect.
