So, I think many of you know Twinkle, my fan character, and her rival, Angel. Well, I need to make an image of her arguing with Angel, and I don't know how to take two Angels and make one a Twinkle, if you know what I mean. I use MS Paint. Is it possible to do that with MS paint? and, if it is, how do I do it?

No, MS paint no. Well, unless you can draw Angel. I use, Corel Photo Paint X5 for pasting Angel to one of my chars.

First draw Angel step by step or take a tutorial how to draw if you dont know how.
Use a lineart were are two Angels, then colour one like Angel and one like you`re charrie Twinkle. (An argument lineart if you need and it`s in Lone_Wolf`s 2011 gallery and it must be MS paint friendly. I was talking about MS paint now.) Just, if you coloure a lineart, well of course credit who made it.

This must be all, I can tell.
