Dragon TamerSince she's a supporting character with little involvement in the actual plot, I would suspect that there is no official word on the matter (although there was some material such as books released about the characters post-movie which she might or might not have appeared in).
Assuming that the above is correct, I would say that she can be dead or alive depending on a particular writer/artist's wishes.
Personally, I think that since the writers changed the script so that Trusty survived that wagon crash, one might suppose that the likeable dogs in the pound also managed to get out.

She's immortal. She can live like almost 50 years. Because the first Lady and the Tramp takes place in the early 1910s but she also appears in 101 Dalmations which takes place in the 60s. Here's the pic of her 101 Dalmatians / [...] ians/img_screenshot/161717.jpg. So she may still in 2015 be in that pet shop not bought. The world may never know.
