Was Kovu and Kiara's marriage planned?
Nessa : You know in the first movie Nala and Simba were engaged to be married by their parents. Was Kovu and Kiara's marriage arranged by Mufasa? Rember in the tree when Rafaki was drawing Kiara and he says ' Kiara growing more beautiful everyday into a queen thta will someday mkae us all very proud.' Then he drew Kovu saying 'and this cub Kovu grow stronger as Zira feels his heart with hate. I don't know Mufasa, danger not going well.' then Mufasa's spirt drops the fruit to tell Rafiki his idea. Rafiki picks up the fruit 'Kovu, Kiara, together.' So in conclusion I think Kovu and Kiara's marriage was arranged.

I agree, I think it was arranged by Mufasa. And Tiffiny, you're not
supposed to give away information on the site, it was one of the rules
before signing up. Romeo & Juliet themed movie! And it's my second fave movie fora fact! Yay! |

I think it was arranged by Mufasa. In the first movie, Simba only said
"Well when I'm king, that'll be the first thing to go." because he
didn't want to be married to Nala, but when he grew up, he probably
changed his mind. |

yeah that's a possibility. But remember in the first movie when
Zazu told Simba and Nala they were getting married and Simba said "Well, when i'm King, that'll be the first thing to go". Maybe he really did get rid of the rule. |

Mufasa was obviously trying to bring the prides together. He wanted peace, and Kovu and Kiara were the keys to this. |
