Personality: Anza is a very solitary lion. He prefers to be alone than with other lions. But when he meets Nadia, he starts to enjoy the company of other lions.
History: Anza was born to two rogue lions. He was abandoned at a very early age. An African Golden Cat named Kanu found him and took him in. Anza was raised by Kanu till he was an adult. One day, Kanu got struck by a disease that left him very weak. Before he passed, he told Anza to find his rightful place. Anza was very sad to leave his home. He one day stumbled upon a pretty lioness. She introduced herself as Nadia. Nadia's parents were glad to meet Anza and polietly asked him to stay. Nadia showed him around the Pridelands. He began to enjoy her company as well as the company of her cousins. One day, he told her that he loved her and she told him she loved him back. They both became mates.
Relation to TLK; His mate is the granddaughter of Kovu and Kiara.
