history: Firstborn son to the handsome but slightly slow minded bachelor Jelani, and the fiesty and independant daughter of Chumvi and Kula. Athari was born six minutes ahead of Aheri, his beloved brother. They were raised in a small pride near Simba’s and they grew up playing with Kiara and Kovu’s cubs. Athari wrestled and explored with his brother, hunted with his mother and patiently explained things to his well meaning father. Once the two became adults, they left together to find mates and their own lands. He met Sauda, a lovely lioness from a desert pride and they fell in love. They settled in a grassy oasis near where Aheri and his mate lived and they are expecting their first litter of cubs.
