Biba is Rafiki's cousin, and although they look more or less the same, unlike the wise Rafiki, Biba is very clumsy, and is a slow thinker. 

It's true Biba is almost identical to his cousin, Rafiki, with their dark eyes, dark blue around the eyes, red nose, and light blue around the cheek area. But although they are close to being identical, there are minor differences, such as Biba is taller and more heavier then Rafiki.
