History: Cheka was not a planned child, after he war between the pride Landers and Out Landers Kiara got gravely ill, and died shortly after, Kovu was broken hearted How could this happen? He thought, a few months after the death Kovu was asleep, and had a dream Kiara came to Kovu in his dream and told him the circle must carry on how ever hard it was to accept her death, he must carry on the circle, he woke up the next day and told Simba what Kiara had told him, Simba agreed with the words of Kiara, and said he could have any lioness he wanted to carry the new king or queen of pride rock, Nala was first to offer, but Kovu refused, and looked for the right pride sister.

But he couldn’t things seemed to look grim until he saw Sarabi, he knew then she was perfect for the job, so Sarabi agreed to help, Simba was least impressed by the choice in female and was rather disappointed, when the cub was born Simba did not come to see the cub, even though it was his half sister, Sarabi died not long after, (She was very old).

So Kovu was a single parent, he told Cheka about the kings and stars and about being queen meant responsibility, Cheka was happy to accept the job as future queen, but Simba hardly spoke to Cheka or had a lot to do with her, Kovu was worried about this, but loved his little princess, she loved exploring and playing around, Kovu did talk about Kiara to Cheka, she said “Would she have been my mummy?” Kovu nodded and Cheka replied, “She sounds pretty” And went off to play, kovu smiled at his little princess, she reminded him of Kiara and Sarabi, later on she became very Sarabi like in looks and attitude, she was calm, wise and clearly ready even though she was only a teen age lion, Simba hated Cheka because of her being Sarabi’s cub, Sarabi was his mum and not Kovu’s mate.

But Cheka wanted her brother to love her, like she loved him, but anything she did was never good enough for him, Simba had it with Cheka and tried to banish her, she was horrified that her brother would do that, Kovu refused to let Cheka be banished and denied her thrown due to some old fool, so Kovu fought for Cheka’s place, and he won, Cheka could stay, but Simba hated Cheka, Nala Confronted Simba about Cheka but he refused to listen, he attacked Cheka but she fought back and killed Simba, she was not proud of what she had done, and that night came to the stars and pleaded for forgiveness from Sarabi, Kiara, and Mufasa for the loss of Simba, Kiara came up to her in Spirit form, and told her it was not her fault that Simba was enraged and went crazy and she should be proud queen, and she went on living with out gilt happy and content, she is now looking for a mate to carry on her circle of life.
