Personality: Funny, sarcastic, a bit mischevious and reckless, laid back, careless, doesn't really think before acting.

Story: Dakarai and his older brother Zuberi were born to princess Kiara and her mate Zemar some months after the war. The pride was at peace again, and the brothers enjoyed a happy childhood, they loved exporing the lands and playing with their older cousins. Dakarai was always very drawn to his cousin, Chaka, and tried his best to impress him and made him think he was "cool" like him. He and Chaka often got into many kinds of trouble, even though Zuberi tried his best to look after him, and then, one faithful day, the three boys came across the river, which all of their parents had strickly forbidden them from going to. Across the river led a path of rocks, and Chaka dared them to jump on them to the other side. No matter how much Zuberi tried to tell him it was a bad idea, and that they should just head home, Dakarai didn't want his older cousin to think he was a coward, so, he went on and followed Chaka. He had gotten about half the way, when his paw slipped and he fell into the water. The current carried him away from the others fast, and the cub would've drowned, had their father not appeared at the scene and gotten him out of the water. Dakarai was so shaken about the accident, that he couldn't even walk, so Zemar had to carry him back home on his back. He developed a severe fear of water, but didn't say a word about it to anyone, instead he just used humour and sarcasm to hide his feelings.
