Personality: Ambitious, cold, unpredictable, self centered, arrogant, trusts almost no one but himself.

Story: Darius and his sister Zendaya were born a year after Kion and Rani were crowned king and queen of the Tree of Life. Darius was the oldest, so he was destined to become the next king after his father, and this was very exciting for the young cub. As a young cub he was very eager to learn, a bit mischevious and felt huge pride about being the prince. But things took a huge turn when Darius was reaching his teens, when he became even more aware of his role as prince, and turned into a cocky, self centered and obnoxious young lion. What made things worst was when he was attacked by a komodo dragon who scratched his left eye, leaving it completely blind. This changed Darius a lot, loosing is eye turned him into a cold, distand and reserved lion, and he even started snapping at his sister for even the smallest of reasons and just going into rage attacks for no reason. This worried Kion a lot, and reminded him of what the venom in his scar did to him when he was Darius's age, so he and Rani started wondering what they could do to help their son, without having to banish him from the Tree of Life.
