History: Desta was born not far from the Pridelands,her father knew Simba very well since they were cubs but that all changed when Desta had came into the world. Her mother didn;t survive the birth since she was very weak and skinny and her father did his best to make her feel comefortable but it didn't help he ended up losing her just as soon as Desta was born. 

Her father soon had become overprotective of her since she looked so much like her mother. As Desta grew into a cub her father began to teach her about the important ways of life and told many stories about him and the wise King Simba and how they were always getting into trouble. Desta alwayss wanted to meet King Simba but her father told her no because he was afriad for her safety.

Desta soon became a teen and her father was getting weak from old age soon he passed away and left Desta all alone Desta knew exactly where to go she soon began her traveling to the pridelands and was soon met by a lion named Asante whom Desta thought he was cute and handsome then showed her to his home which was PrideRock and Desta was allowed to stay for as long as she wanted. Soon Desta and Asante began to spend time together but with a watchful eye from Asante's mother Nuru, on the other hand Asante's father Abasi really liked Desta and wanted Nuru to be sure that Desta was'nt any harm to her son at all.

Time went on and Desta had become an adult along with Asante but that changed when a drought had come into the pridelands and then a wildfire started out and Desta was soon seperated from the smoke and flames from Asante she then started to call his name but no answer she soon gave out from exhaustion and was unconsicous until an unkown lion had rescued her and woke up into a new area the lion then told her that she lost her memory and asked if she knew her name and she said no so the lion then helped care for her and was soon well enough and then was out walking when she came across a lion who called her name but she didn't reconise him and the lion saw her and the other lion and told him to back off or else.

The lion whose name was Asante told her her name was Desta but she didn't recall it Asante soon realised that she lost her memory. Asante then wanted to fight the lion for Desta and soon he won with out a scratch on him soon Asante then helped Desta regain her memory by showing her the things she and him use to do and told her the stories about him and her as cubs. As nighttime came Desta soon began to have dreams that weren't nightmares but memory dreams and she soon realised that what Asante said was true and was soon gaining her memory back.

Time soon went on and Desta had regained her full memory and was deeply in love with Asante and she had no idea Asante had felt the same way about her until one night he took her out walking and confessed his love and feelings for her and she was shocked and surprised at the same time and Asante was thrilled and happy at the same time after his mother announcced that they could be together with no problem and soon Asante and Desta became mates. Desta now had the happiest life with Asante and her new pride mates.
