History: Dustire is a rare breed of desert lion called a Jangwa lion. He lives in a desert far away from any jungle, he perfers to have to search for water and shade than live somewhere where it is plentiful. He would like to have his own pride one day and is currently searching for a mate, but he has never met another Jangwa lion let alone a lioness.

Dustire was born in the pridelands during the winter and his father wasn't present at his birthing. His mother had to make a terrible decision whether to stay and wait for her mate, or leave to avoid freezing. If she left, it would be nearly impossible for her mate to find her again and she would have to risk living without his protection. But if she stayed, it would be hard to keep warm and Dustire and she could die. His mother left, and they ventured into the desert where it was warmer. Dustire loved it there and decided to spend the rest of his life in the sandy dunes, his mother wasn't as taken, but stayed for her son's sake.

When Dustire was old enough she left to try and find her mate again, leaving Dustire in the desert. He didn't mind and rejoiced in the boiling summer sunshine.
