History: When the male lions were sent away during Scar's reign, Tama decided to follow Malka, and confessed her love to him. They grew up together, and soon they had a cub: Ghasia. Word soon spread that Simba had returned, and the lions who fled quickly returned. Unfortunately, on the way home, Tama took a detour with baby Ghasia throught the Elephant Graveyard, where they were ambushed, and Ghasia was taken by hyenas. Tama thought he was surely dead.

The hyenas didn't kill Ghasia, but they neglected him, so as he got older, he had to learn to fend for himself. He slowly descended into madness as he entered cubhood. He decided it was time to leave the Elephant Graveyard where he grew up, and find new territory to call home.

One day, as he was hunting, he ran into another cub, a female. He was immediately awe-struck, because this cub looked very familiar. The cub introduced herself as Vitani. He told Vitani that he reminded me of somebody... of his own mother, Tama. He vaguely remembered his mother's face from when he was a baby. Vitani seemed not to be all that excited about this new cub. But they became best friends and played all day.

When they reached adulthood, Ghasia was the one who convinced Vitani that the outlanders and pridelanders can live in harmony. Once they were accepted into the Pridelands again, Vitani thanked him, and then realized something... She was falling in love with him. Not only were they childhood friends, but his crazy, messy appearance reminded her of her brother Nuka. They were betrothed the next day.

Ghasia then recognized his parents, Tama and Malka, at his wedding ceremony, and happily reunited with them.
