Relation to the Lion King: Lives in a Pride with Kula and Malka’s son and spots Malka from a distance.

When he was born and all through his cub years, Imarika was ignored by his parents. He would often dream of finding someone that would love him.

Imarika tried very hard to make his parents proud of him, but it didn’t always work.

As a teen, Imarika knew that he couldn’t win his parents’ love. Instead he kept thinking that a mate would be the only way to feel love.

As a young adult, he left his parents, promising them that he would find a way to make them proud.

Soon he met a brown lioness. Her name was Basma.

He fell in love with her and she did with him.

Imarika was very romantic. He promised to take her all over the world, well, all over the surrounding areas. One day, they even saw a lion roaring from the top of a mountain. He was undoubtedly the King with a massive tuft and two-toned mane.

He thought she was beautiful and he told her this almost every day.

Soon they found a home in the Utendaji Pride, meeting every member, including Kanye who turned out to be the son of the lion he and Basma had seen on the mountain.

The Utendaji Pride was set up so I was able to educate everyone on musicals, one of my favourite things (get the pun?)! I just love them and their songs are so powerful, so every picture of them will relate to a song and I will post the link of the song so you are able to listen to it, as well as a context in the story of the musical.
