History: India was born with humans, like many Mauratone lions, and loved her owners more than most of the Mauratone lions in her "pride" did. She was also very, very, very special. However, one day, more humans came to their pride and bought it. They were cruel to the Mauratone lions, and made them work for them. Many Mauratone lions didn't survive. One day India saw her parents. They were working to hard, and were on the floor. The humans seemed to be using a long string of leather (it was a whip but India didn't know that, she was only young) to hit her parents. They seemed to be in a lot of pain. "India, leave, now!" Her mother urged. India did as she was told. All around her lions were fleeing then India saw why. There was a fire. There were shrieks coming from inside. Her mother! India began to run back but one lion caught her in his mouth and brought her out. She didn't even know the lion, but he was protecting her. India was really tired and soon fell asleep. When she woke up she was in a place with grey looking walls. Outside was a kind of green carpet and blue ceiling and walls with white things that really seemed to move. Where was she? Was it a different room? India looked up. A lioness had her between her paws and was looking straight at the room outside. It looked very realistic. "Excuse me, what room are we in? I've never seen this one before." The cub asked her. The lioness sighed." We are not indoors, the humans have moved on, we are outside." She told India. Outside! She had always been told about the dangers of the wilds. "Where's my mummy?" India whimpered. "I'm afraid there was a fire and your mother was caught in it. She is asleep and will never wake up. Nor will she ever come back to you I'm afraid." The lioness explained. Normaly India would have just said that she knew what "dead" meant but all she did was lay down and cry. The lioness comforted her. "Don't worry, I'll look after you... India."

   India soon began to grow fast! She grew to like her new home and loved playing with Brazil, who was a little older than her but still her best friend. She also grew up with Chaka, Kiara's son, and became good friends with him. She didn't realise just how special she was. India grew to become friends with Chad, too. He was a Mauratone lion just like Brazil, and she wondered how they managed to sense her behind them She soon found out why. One lion decided to pounce on India and her tail naturally sent shivers down India's spine. For some reason, she knew naturally what to do. India ran out of the way and saw the cub. Now the cubs wanted to examin her more because of her unique feature. She had a weird mark on her arm, a birthmark India told them. It looked strangely like a portal to time and space, but India was convinced it was not. She may be special, but she didn;t have powers.

   As a teenager, India found out that Brazil had a special power: Time.  India congratulated Brazil on this and wondered how it was possible. Brazil's collar controlled her ability, as India found out, and soon began to ask herself questions. The lioness that looked after her and explained what had happened when India's parents died became her new mother, but India always knew she wasn;t her real mother. The quetion was, because she was too young to remember, who was?

   At adulthood, Brazil gave India her own special collar to wear. India felt very proud of her collar and Chad got one, too. One day, India licked her "birthmark" while thinking about her past and what might have happened when it seemed to loat odd her fur! The mark was still there but another, much larger one had appeared for India to walk through, which she did. India found herself in another universe that seemed to have other portals. Going through one, India saw the death of her parents. When she arrived, India worked everything out. She had done the same thing before but nothing had happened until she got her collar. It must control her power. The next day Brazil said goodbye to her pride as she set of to make her own for Mauratone lions. Chad went after her, and India followed. Soon they saw Brazil again who became queen of the new pride with Chad as her king. Over the years of living in her new pride, she began to get close to a hyena named Falico. Soon she was in love with him, but the problem was, she was a lion! A lion couldn't mate with a hyena, but she was very wrong.One of the other lions in the pride introduced her to a lion called Jariged, hoping that she would like him. In fact she hated him! He was stubbourn, stuck up and always wanted all the attention. He was not a Mauratone lion but he was VERY annoying. One day, a pack of hyena's invaded the pride, and Jariged insisted on making her find a safe place for him. India was in blind panic and it did not help when Jariged started saying if she didn't he wouldn't protect her. Then a group of hyena's appeared, and the cowardly lion ran screaming for his life. They hyena's were ready to kill India when Falico appeared. On that very day the hyena of her dreams saved her life. India knew it shouldn't be, but she wanted him to be her mate anyway. He accepted, and India was very surpried to find out she was pregnant... with Falico's cubs. Or pups. Whatever they were. Mauratone lions can mate with different types of lions, wolves, foxes, and hyena's, too. She had one Mauratone lion, wh she named Africa, and two hyena's that were called Haliea and Gullieo. Falico lived in their territory but wasn't actually part of the pride itself. But india didn't care, all she cared about was her family. India's life couldn't have gotten any better.
