History:

Jaha was sired by two rogues. Before she was born her mother,Uboro and father, Damu knew that they wouldn't have a chance if they didn't ask for help from a neighboring pride. So Uboro and Damu went to ask for aid, considering if they didn't, they would surely starve. However the hyenas got to them first and attacked. Damu defended his mate and unborn cub, but at a cost. He lost his life shortly after Scar arrived on the scene. However the lionesses got there before Scar could do anything to Uboro. She joined the pridelanders and gave birth to her daughter, Jaha, only a month later. But within a few weeks she died of starvation.

She was adopted by Sarabi but was nursed by another lioness who had recently lost a cub and was still with milk. Jaha was communally raised by the lionesses for a time until she was old enough to eat small scraps of meat and bugs.
