Personality: Open, friendly, very sweet, soft, gentle, protective over her son Kheri, loyal and honest to Zira, always on the alert, hopeful, very faithful, trustworthy, playful at times, energetic, and very understanding of others choosing their own needs over her own.

Bio: Jata is a member of Zira's Out-Land Pride. She was born and raised in the Pride-Lands, living in both different reigns; Mufasa's and Scar's. But her and a few other lionesses (Inira, Najuma, Oyanna, and Amne) decided to leave their home-land once Simba had returned to Pride-Rock claiming his spot as King. It didnt feel right anymore with them living their since they've sided with both Scar and Zira. Although, Simba did not mind it at all if they stayed and joined his pride. But the ladies declined his kind offer and felt uncomfortable being there. Plus, Sarabi and the others did not trust them anyway.

While experiencing a lonely night not knowing where to go next, the ladies run into Zira and cub Nuka. After exchanging a few words and a small explanation of why they all ran away, Zira decides to create her own pride and army to get rid of Simba. Jata and the lionesses trusted Zira becoming her "followers" and joined her side, hoping that Zira will lead them all into a good future and hoping to get Pride-Rock back under Scar's honor.

Years later, Zira and the lionesses have made themselves home in a empty, waste-land place called "The Out-Lands". It was nothing beautiful or glorious like the Pride-Lands, but hey it was something to call home for now! Jata has met a handsome rogue and been with him for a while. They have a cub together named, "Kheri". Jata's love story shortly came to an strange end though. Kheri's father had stopped visiting the pride and Jata finds it odd; knowing that it was not like him to not check in on her to see how their "unborn" (Kheri) was doing. So Jata continues to hold up strong and hope that someday Kheri's father will return soon at the birth of his son.
