History: Kali use to love picking on poor Soni, to her, there was nothing cuter than seeing a frustrated and scared Soni. She never really told him how she felt about him as she tormented him. She use to ravish on his fear every day till the time came that she, her mother and all the other outlanders were exiled. When she had heard Soni wasn't with them upon reaching their new, rather unimpressive home, she was heart broken. She moped every day in the hot sun till her mother forced her to get into the shade by saying 'Come to the shadows stupid child, you'll bake in that heat!'. Eventually, Kali did the most brave thing, risk her life to cross over into the Pridelands to try and get Soni to return. She found Soni, but found him playing with his new mother. She felt heart broken, seeing him tugging at the Pridelander's tail in play. She could clearly see he was happiest there, that he'd changed alliances. He was no longer one of them. Returning with a heavy heart, she soon found herself not clearly out of danger as she found herself face to face with Simba. She had barely made her escape back to the outlands, Simba having caught the tip of her tail in his maw as she lost most of her beautiful tuft. Since that day, she'd blamed Soni and wears her torn tufted tail as a reminder of what he'd done. When she did return to the pridelanders, Zira was impressed with how the young cub had snuck back into the pridelands and got so close. Eventually, she too was trained like the rest of the outlander cubs. Zira, having her sights set on Kali out of the most of them. She would lead Zira and the others into the pridelands when the time came. All Kali asked for in return, was that she have Soni to herself when the fighting came to a head. She wanted him to pay for what he'd done to her precious tail.
