Meaning: Born Of A Troubled Father

Personality: Kesi is an adventurous cub who is always seeking attention from someone. She loves to be praised and is known to be a goody goody by her step sibling Zuri who she doesn't get along with at all. Kesi is also trying to get her fathers attention but it proves to be impossible for reasons she can't figure out. She delibritly tries to get herself into trouble just so she can have some time with her father but he seems to make one of her cousins or step siblings mothers talk to her. Kesi is sometimes one to walk out of her own territory but her mother is always keeping a close eye on her to make sure she doesn't go far.

History: When she was born right away Judas tried to avoid her at all costs without looking to suspcious infront of Jira and the others which was hard. Kesi came out looking like her grandmother Sarabi with abit of her other grandmother Quanna's markings. When she was old enough to run about she always get her fathers attention fallowing him trying to get on his good side. Do to reasons she didn't know of Judas always seemed to ignore her and try to set her off with some of her siblings. All Kesi wanted was to be next to her father and for him to play with her like he did with the other cubs but it just didn't seem like Judas liked her at all and it made Kesi rather sad. Jira noticed this and right away comfronted Judas and demanded to know why he was ignoring there daughter and how it was affecting her.

Kesi had overheard some of there argument and heard that she reminded Judas of his mother who he had left at his previous pride because he didn't feel ready to be king. Jira was upset with him and soon caught Kesi run off which made her feel worse. Judas felt awful as well seeing his daughter run off having over heard the conversation. Kesi didnt understand why her looks had anything to do with why her father wouldn't spend time with her and decided to try and find  a way to change her looks so that her father would not be dissapointed in her. She tried alot of things pollen from flowers made her sneeze and angry bees chased her, being in mud made her dirty and having to constantly get baths and even sticking herself in some tree sap which was alot harder to get off. The tree burs were a whole other story she didn't enjoy one bit, but she still tries to find a way to make herself look different for her father's approval which makes her look weird to the rest of the pride.
