Personality: Kwanza might look nice and harmless at first, but he's nothing like that. He is mean and selfish, and puts himself ahead of others, even his close ones. He's very manipulative, and can easily turn other pride members against each other. Kwanza just can't stand losing, and he absolutely has to be better than everyone else, if he isn't, he raises a hell about it. He's quite agressive, so you don't really want to cross paths with him when he's angry enoough, because then one wrong word could mean instant death. He does not want to admit he loves someone, and has no ability to show it, unless in very extreme cases.

History: Kwanza was born in a small pride near the Outlands, around the same times as Zira. His parents abandoned him, but Zira's family took him in, and therefore he grew up in the Outlands, developing a strong friendship with Zira. As a teen, Kwanza was still quite normal, good guy, but as he got older, his true personality started kicking in, and he became more agressive and self centered. When he reached adulthood, around the age of 3 years, Kwanza was still living in the Outlands, and Zira had become the leader of the outlanders. But Kwanza wanted to explore, to see life, and he decided to leave the Outlands, and travelled across Africa as a rogue for a couple of years. But when he returned to Outlands, he heard that Zira had been killed in a battle with the pridelanders. Sad and desperate, he left, and accidentally went to the Pride Lands, where he met Tabita, a lioness who he instantly fell in love with. They became mates, and Kwanza joined the pride, but secretly held a grugde for the pridelanders for causing his dear friend's death. Tabita became pregnant, and gave birth to a male cub whom they named Rasul, but Kwanza knew he wasn't ready to be a father, and he didn't even plan to ever have any cubs, so, he treated poor Rasul like he was an unwanted child, yelled at him and even slapped him for a few times. Rasul grew up to be handsome like Kwanza, but he still wasn't proud of his son. Then, Kwanza discovered that Zira was actually alive, and when he found her, they decided to start a plot, on getting king Kovu and queen Kiara out of the way, as they wished to take over the Pride Lands. One night though, when they were continuing their plan, Rasul and princess Kala happened to cross paths with them, discovering their plot. Kwanza chased after Rasul and Kala, and chased them to the edge off a cliff. He wanted to kill Kala, but Rasul wouldn't let him lay a paw on her, so, Kwanza lunged at Rasul, and they both fell off of the cliff, into the river. Kwanza himself was killed in the fall, but his son survived, with only slight injuries.
