Nyofu and Mzee were friends even through childhood, but Mzee could see that Nyofu had tears in her eyes from crying. Why was she? Nyofu told him that her mother died. It was hard for her so Mzee had tried to comfort her. He thought that Saka was his mom and didn't believe that his parents had abandoned him. Saka called him home and Nyofu went back to her dad. And the next day Mzee went to check on Nyofu, but Nyofu wasn't there. Poor Mzee... Saka came and told Mzee it wasn't safe to be out on his own. Mzee asked Saka why his father wasn't there when he was born and Saka had to face it, there is no use hiding it any longer. "Mzee, I adopted you and I couldn't tell you when you were little because you wouldn't understand, but I still love you!" cried Saka. ... "I forgive you... mom!" replied Mzee. And Mzee found Nyofu and they fell in love, Mzee licked Nyofu's cheek as if he was trying to tell her he loved her so much.
