Personality: Pearl is a really sweet and gentle lioness, who doesn't want anything bad for anyone, and is always ready to help others. She's friendly towards everyone, and because she is very social, it's quite easy for her to make friends. She trusts strangers quite easily, which other pride members find somewhat dangerous, but she believes that there is something good in everyone, even if they don't necessarilly show it right away. Pearl hates violence and fighting, and she thinks that instead of starting wars, problems could be solved by using your head and common sense. Still, if anything threatens her family or the pride, she will defend them, no matter what.

History: Pearl's parents abandoned her, when she was only 2 weeks old, and they left her to the edge of the jungle for pretadors to eat her. A large panther attacked her, and was going to kill her, but fortunately, a larger brown lion lunged at the panther, and managed to chase him away. The lion was Radhi, the king of Waterside Pride wich was located deeper in the jungle. He looked at the little golden cub, who seemed quite frightened, mostly at his big size and all, but Radhi just smiled, and said she needed not to be afraid. He gently grabbed Pearl from her neck, and carried her back to his pride, and let her stay there. Pearl started growing up, and she was happy to have a home at the pride. When she reached adulthood, Radhi wanted to give her a chance to show her skills, so he made her the head of his patrolling group. Pearl was proud of this new position in the pride, and decided to do her best to make her king proud of her. Some years passed, and she became more and more experienced in her job. One day, when she was patrolling in the jungle with some lionesses for possible spies from a rival pride, she found a brown male lion lying on the ground. He seemed to be quite badly injured, and she figured it was best to take him to the pride with them, so she lifted him on her back, and they headed back to the pride. Pearl took the male to a warm and large cave, and sat down beside him, to see when he would wake up. About an hour later, he did wake up, and was a bit alarmed since he didn't know where he was. Pearl calmed him down, and said he was safe in the Waterside Pride. The male calmed himself, and explained to Pearl that he had been attacked by some rogue lion. Pearl figured it was propably someone from a rival pride, and then the male told her his name was Abdul. Later, when Pearl came back to the cave, for her surprise Abdul was walking out of it, and she was glad to see he was back on his feet. She talked to him, and foud him somewhat charming, then later she took him to Radhi, who invited him to stay with the pride. Abdul stayed there, and Pearl was quite happy about it, she had grown to like him a little bit. Time went on, and she soon found herself falling in love with him. For her surprise, he felt the same way, and they became mates. 9 months later, Pearl gave birth to a beautiful healthy female cub, who they named Darah. She was happy to have a real family, and she decided she'd be the best possible mother for her daughter.
