Personality

He is a kind male lion, who never liked the way their was a border beetween Simba's Pridelands, and their Outlands. He does tend to tell other male lions what to do for the sake of being in charge.

History

When Ravèl was born, the first thing he saw was Zira's motherly face looking down at him. Then other lionesses  gathered around and started to fondle and admire him as they usually do.

As Ravèl grew up, he couldn't help wondering why their side was dark, dreary and full of weeds, yet the other side was bright, floral and welcoming.

Nuka teased him about this and said he was silly to like the Pridelanders' side, so he tried not too.

He grew up to be a strong, well built and healthy middle aged African lion, and was Brainwashed by Zira, to fight then kill Simba. Ravèl had imagined Simba as a cruel and nasty lion who kept a load of land for nobody but himself; Ravèl soon turned against this idea when he spotted other lions within the Pridelands.

One day Nuka dared Ravèl to climb a pile of steep and hazardous, rocks. Ravèl did this determined to show Nuka that he could, but toppled over when he got to the top and lay unconscious on the ground.

 Nuka, (thinking he was dead) ran off, and never said a word about it to Zira so he wouldn't get the blame. Simba watched over Ravèl for a couple of hours waiting for an Outlander to come and pull him back to their side, but nobody came.

So Simba took him to a nearby lake to nurse him back to his senses. When he awoke Simba smiled, turned and walked away. Ravèl was touched by Simba's caring and loving heart, even though Simba knew he was an Outlander.

 After that, Ravèl never dared to think about killing Simba, Ravèl knew if he was to go home, back to Zira, she would get him too, but then he thought about how much his mother would mourn for him when she found out he was gone.

 Ravèl got tired of thinking, so he lay his head down and went to sleep. By the time he was better many days had past, for after the fall he had a terrible strain in his neck, he could not hunt, but he managed to survive by eating passing bugs and drinking water from the lake.

Meanwhile, Zira had sent out search parties for him. Little did she know he was in the Pridelanders side. Ravèl had made up his mind not to go back, so he left with nothing but himself and wandered into the wilderness.

Now he is in search for a pride and a mate.
