History: When Muafasa became king, Ahadi went kinda crazy and made Zira be Mufasas queen. Zira fell in love with Mufasa and Mufasa for a while had feelings for her. When Reuben was born Mufasa relized his mistake, he told Zira that he had and always would love Sarabi.

Reuben was to be the new king for a while as Mufasa was trying to find a way to make Sarabi his queen instead, Zira was furious so she told Mufasa that Reuben still had to be the futre king. Mufasa agreed as he felt like he owed the lioness, and he truly loved his son. Mufasa started to teach Reuben to be a king, and they bonded. But when Zira was dismissed from her role as queen and Sarabi took her place, they bore a cub.... this was Simba.

Mufasa had a feeling that Simba was destined to be the next ruler, he couldnt twll Reuben this so he continued to teach his first son about being a king.

When Simba was a few weeks old Mufasa told Reuben that he woldnt be king. Though the young cub was devastated he understood, and told his father that he would be ok.

But Zira was furious that Mufasa had broken his promise to her, she still loved him yet she became obsessed with Mufasa's brother Scar. Scar promised her that she would get revenge for this and she devoted herself to him.

Reuben knew his mother was changing so he spent time with Muafsa mate Sarabi. She was very kind and treated him like her own son. He began calling her mother, but not with Zira around for he knew this would enrage her. One night Mufasa talked with his son, reuben was confused of what to do with his life. so Mufasa told him that he could whatever he wished as it was his life and only he couold control it.

As Simba grew Reuben played with him but he asked everyone else not to tell Simba that he was his half brother. He managed to get away with this even though Simba would sometimes stare at his eyes.

When he met Nala, he realized that if he had became king she would of been his mate. He never liked her in that way and laughed at the fact that she was betrothed to Simba.

When his father was killed, he never knew that it was Scar who did it. But he thought it was odd that Zira became Scars queen. He knew that Scar wouldnt kill him, as his mother wouldnt let that happen. Simba was also dead, so he was very sad and cried for days. He comforted Nala and Sarabi as best he could.

The time when Nuka was born he felt like he understood his other half brother as Scar didnt want Nuka to be his Heir.

After Simba returned and Scar was killed, Simba took the throne. Zira tride to kill Simba so he banished her, as she left with her followers she cvalled to Reuben but he declined her. he walked away with tears in his eyes, knowing that his sweet and caring mother was gone.

He stayed with the pride, one time Simba said to him if you ever have cubs, they should be betrothed to mine, Reuben turned down this request as he knew that wouldnt be right as the cubs would be related.

Kiara was born and Reuben loved his half niece, she had mufasas eyes.

At the battle between the prides, Reuben refused to fight. His adopted brother Kovu had fell in love with Kiara and they stopped the fighting. Nuka had died a few hours before and Reuben weeped at the loss of his second half brother.

When Zira fell to her death, Reuben's heart tore, he had lost both his parents. When the water drained away he looked for his mothers body, when he found her. He wept, he whispered into her fur"goodbye mother, i will miss you.... the real you.. please forgive me." he buried her body near the gorge, both his parents had died here.

He asked Rafika if the great kings and queens had forgiven his mother, and they had. Knowing this Reuben wwent home and celebrated the betrothel of his half niece Kiara and Kovu.
