Dam: Vitani ( Daughter of Tama, daughter of Teru)

Mate: No known Mate

Cubs: no known cubs

Personality:              Saba is a young lion who may be a bit reckless, and has a bad temper which is sometimes short. He is competative and silently sarcastic. But even so Saba is well mannered, he tends to respect most of his elders and rarely speaks out of turn unless he feels it is deserved or it just simply slips out. Saba tends to act before thinking about what the act will achieve or cost him. Some all this brave and others call this foulishness. Saba strives to make his mother and Late father proud at all time, often thinking about what they would do. He strives so hard to do the right things and will agonize over a dicision if important enough. His strength lies in his character, he is a lion of his word and if he has made a promise there is nothing he will not do to fulfill it.

Saba is loyal and believes in faithfulness, he tolds his friends and family dear ot his heart, harm one, and may the stars help you. Saba is couragious and very brave but he is not fearless. Saba has many fears, but in the end he will face them, he will let his heart stop and let fear take over him but he sill not stop pursuing his goals or tasks because of these fears.Having a fight with a family member or friend is enough to make Saba physically ill if the bitterness last long enough. Saba is usually the first to say he was sorry even if it does take him a while. He apperciates anyone who can tell him that he is wrong.

Saba is not god at talking to Lionesses, more so the pretty ones. He stumbles over his words using "um" "uh" and "er" a lot. Showing many signs of nerviousness. for his size it seems a bit odd yet a few lionesses find it adorable. Saba is the typical male, he likes to look and day dream about females he likes but rarely finds the courage to speak to them, not without a push from his friends and even then, it might not happen. He is far far away from the hopeless romantic however, his Mother says he doesn't have a Romantic Bone in his body. If a Lioness wants a flower he'll bring her back a dusty bone, Moonlite walk? oh no how about a wrestling match in the dry lake?

Saba isn't the strongest of lions but he is strong enough when he needs to be, when it really counts. His competativeness also helps in this. He hunts with the Lionesses as a sport, this gave him powerful jaws, he'll never be very fast because of his sheer size but those teeth could tear away almost anything. his outer strength comes from his inner strength.

Likes:         Kesha enjoys good company with his friends while snacking on a small catch or talkign with his mother, hearing stories about his father and the pride which he hailed from. Hearing stories of the great Pridelander Outsider battle and how love over came it all. Kesha loves hunting with his mother and the other huntresses he knows that if ever he really needed to he could hunt for himself. rolling aorund in the dirt to cool down is something Kesha does a lot his heavy mane makes him very hot and the cool down is soothing. Only known to his friend Ermac, Kesha loves to catch bugs and birds, he has a secrect hole in the den of Pride Rock were he hides these treasures.

Dislikes:        Saba has little tolerance for rude-ness or the use of other emotions, these types of acts make his blood boil and he will not hold his tounge about it. Saba hates being hot and hates the heat, but he can't avoid it with his large mane. Saba doesn't like snakes or Mice, He will flee like a cub if he sees one.

Affiliation To The Lion King:     Son of Vitani and Sulu the grandson of Ni. He is the Rival of Kesha, the first born son of Kiara and Kovu. His friend Ermac is a desendent of The False King Joe.  

History:       Saba's birth was kept hidden by Vitani from her brother King Kovu. she had him a year before Kiara birthed a son, Kesha. Vitani was fearful that Saba would not be excepted as he was from another pride, which had as of late been in conflict with the Pridelands. Saba grew up under the care of a old lioness named Grimm, Grimm had been one of hte Outsiders that had gone to the pride on the other side of hte mountains, where King Mamba had once rulled. She was a friend of Vitani's and gladly took care of Saba until Vitani found it safe to bring him to the Pridelands.

Soon it was time, and Vitani took Saba to the Pridelands, Saba was now a year old. and made friends with a cub who was slightly younger than him named Ermac. Ermac was a veyr thin Lion cub with a scarce mane he was in the inbetween stages of being an adol and a cub. Ermac looked up to Saba greatly and would follow him where ever he should go. Saba was fond of having Ermac around, as before hte only lions he would spend time with as his mother and Grimm. It was nice having a friend around.

When Saba became two years olds he was aproached by Kesha, who was the son of King Kovu and Queen Kiara. The two boys had been told by thier mothers that they were in a sense related. the two mothers wanted thier boys to become friends is that Kesha reasoned. But right away Saba could not stand Kesha, He had an arrogant air about him that made Saba sick. When Ermac came to get Saba wanting to show him something Kesha begain to lash into Ermac, Kesha called Ermac "unclean". "Us presious few with clean and royal blood must stick together if the Pridelands are to carry on!" Kesha told Saba trying to get him to stop being friends with Ermac. Saba foudn this to childish and left with Ermac ignoring Kesha all together. However Saba didn't know things would only get worse from there.

That same year, Saba met Aslan a Lioness Ermac had secretly had his eyes on for about a year or so. she was slightly older than Ermac and mor emental mature but Aslan thought they'd make a cute couple. if ever they could stop bickering here and there about silly things. But even so, Aslan fit well with them both and Saba considered her his sister, as she had no known family of her own. One day Aslan came to Saba in tears, as she had been rejected by the Prince and was called "Unclean" Saba tried to cheer her up and let her know that Kesha wasn't a lion she would want to be with, and slipped and told her of Ermac's feelings for her. Alsan was overjoyed but covered it well and pretended she never heard a thing. While Aslan was rejected by the Prince and Queen Kiara, Saba was having a much beter fortune, as King Kovu had taken a liking to him. being his Uncle, Kovu offered that Saba take his place as King when his time was over. Saba was honnored but expressed worry abou Prince Kesha, and he was not alone Kovu feared his actions if Kesha found out as well so the two tried to keep it a secret but Queen Kiara was not goign to hold back such information form her son.

Saba's life was turned upside down that third year of his life. by two events that would take place. Ark a lioness that had long fawned about Prince Kesha had fallen for Ermac, and Ermac for her, the two had become mates. Saba didn't know how it happend but Ermac seemed happy so he was happy for him, but Aslan, she was heart broken. All the while Saba had little time to think about what was going on with his friends as he too was having lioness problems. Princess Micah, Kesha's siser had confessed to Saba that she had a crush on him. Saba had long thought Micah was pretty but he never thought a sister of Kesha's would like him. Even so they thought they would give it a try.

Kesha and Ark had worked together to break apart Saba and his friends. Kesha used Alsan's broken heart to break her down. Saba being near by came to her rescue, and tried to attack kesha for it. however Kesha was prepared, he called upon a pack of Hyena's, the surrounded Saba and Aslan, the two tired to fight but htey were out numbered. Ark Lured Ermac to the scene and soon he too was traped. Saba was reayd for the worst, when King Kovu show up, He faught off a good number of hte hyena's and told Saba and his friends to run. Saba did no argue but lead his friends to the safty of Pride Rock. However Kovu did not return. Only Kesha and and the Hyena Salza. Kesha told Kiara a lie, a brilaint lie that granted Salza safe stay in the Pridelands. However Saba knew something wasn't right and he would find out what really happend. He saught the help of Nala, who knew her grandson far to well. Saba was not going to let Kesha take over, Not in Kovu's name.
