Personality:
Zane is a very close guy, he rarely speaks and doesn not trust anyone; he is very lonely since he had to grown alone and without any parental figure; he is also quite rude, he doesn't know any manners so, he doesn't know very well how to act around other lions, how to act in a pride or with a girl; he can also be aggressive if he finds someone annoying or if someone is too much invadent.

Likes/Dislikes:
Zane is a quite simple guy, he hates his parents, expecially his mother for leaving him. The only thing he likes is being alone, expecially in the night, because, well, he just likes it, end of the story. Zane really can't stand who wants to know about his past and why his parents decided to have a cub since they were life enemys.

Other:

The lastborn of Zira and Scar, the couple had the cub not long after the arrival of Simba and the death of Scar. Zira gave birth to him in the Outlands but was horrified to see what her cub looked like: not like his father but like Mufasa or Simba. Apparently, the genes that Zane recived were not the ones his parents were looking for. Disgusted and betrayed, Zira slashed the newborn on the face and left him, to rot away like that cursed family he was from. One of her lionessess felt pity towards him and since she already wanted to move with her old pride, she took the cub and left the Outlands. After he became big enough to catch some mouses, that pride left him, since they didn't wanted to care for him anymore and because he was quite the troublemaker, always trying to fight with the other cubs and often stealing food from the lionesses or even the older males. Zane wandered through some abandoned lands for quite a while until, without knowing it, he arrived in the Pridelands. Kiara found him and brought him to Pride Rock, afterall, he was only a teen and she couldn't leave him there, skinny and apparently not enough fed as he was. When Simba saw him, he tried to stay calm and told Kiara to leave the teen to him, because he wanted to help him to find his parents or his pride. But once they got a bit far, Simba told Zane to leave his lands, recognizing apparently Zira's pelt colors and eyes, and some body structure of both his parents. The smell, also, stated that he belonged with the Outlanders. Fearing for his life, Zane left in a hurry and grew up alone, wandering around without any pride or friend, becoming a rogue. One day he was approached by two young lions, a girl and a boy who wanted him to join their pride. At first Zane tried to avoid them but they started to follow him everywhere so, he had to accept. He arrived (again) into the Pridelands and befrended a young lion, Besyda. The two very a bit similar and so, quickly became friends, much more for Zane's surprise, who usually wasn't very trusting into other lions, expecially males. He met also Besyda's sister, Sienna who seemed to like him. He had to save her from a wildbeast and the two had to spend the night alone, out in the fields, because the sun was already down when they started to head back to Pride Rock. Zane was nervous, he had never spent the night with someone else than him and Sienna, after a moment of silence, started to ask him questions about his life. Zane didn't know why, but he started to talk with her, thing that had never happened; he was happy to have saved her, he never felt that kind of happyness and she was a very funny girl. The two returned back to the pridelands but Zane decided to leave. Sienna wasn't very happy about it, and Zane, to be honest, didn't liked the idea of leaving her, he had started to care about her, she was younger than him but he was starting to like her back. But he had took his decision and wanted to leave. Sienna was forced to stay by Nur but during the night she scaped and Zane was waiting for her so, the two ran away.

Zane was happy to have someone with him, of course, it was new for him but he liked the feeling. Zane wanted to start a pride of their own or, at least, being part of another one. But he had to change his mind when Sienna told him that she wanted to find someone who would help them to defeat Kotara because her mother and her brother were still in the Pride Lands, maybe brain washed by Nur and her father. Of course, Zane knew that she was right and so, the two wandered around, searching for a Pride that would help them. But their search was vain. Nodoby believed that the Pridelands were under a young lioness' orders and so, the two lions failed their mission. Then Sienna had an idea: she would return to Pride Rock saying that he (Zane) had left her and that she was in love with Nur. Zane hated this idea. He really disliked the fact of Sienna being with another male but there was no other way so, he had to accept.
