Hello TLK Sourcers,

There aren't much news right now, but... There are some new contests and competitions on their way that might interest you, dear members.

                                        TLKS Contest: The Most Original Fan Art Style 2010

Some members ,who go on Balto Source too, might now this contest, as it just ended. I created it, and it got a lot of attention, so I just thought that it'll be good to run it on TLKS too...

The main idea of this contest is to find out who has the most ORIGINAl fan art style on this site. Not who's THE BEST, but who's THE MOST ORIGINAL, and has distinctive but good looking style.

There will be date set for sending in the entries. After the date, no more entries will be allowed, and the voting will start. Anyone can vote, and votes will be sent via PM to me. You could only vote 2 times (1 vote for one member, 2nd for another).

The member who will have the biggest amount of votes at the end of the contest, will be the winner. 

The contest is on it's way. I will be helding this contest, as I did on Balto Source, but after the end of the contest I might create a poll/application/something like that, and will be choosing a new member who will held the contests on BS and TLKS next year . This contest might go on other Sources too if we have enough time.

Also, I'm looking for people who would be willing to donate or suggest some VERY GOOD prizes to the winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd places). If you have a sugestion or wanna donate the prizes, PM me (GoddessOfTheWolves)

                                                   AS Scavenger Hunt 2010

Well, this isn't new to you guys, yet I felt like posting about it again...

The contest hasn't started yet, but there are already many information about it...

There will be teams who will include 6 members. Together the team and it's leader must complete the challenges that are each worth a set amount of points. The types of challenges will be:

• Drawing (digital or traditional)
• Rendering
• Word searching
• Answering questions
• Sculpting
• Painting
• Photography
• Photo-manipulation

The final challenges aren't decided yet, but these are the types that'll most likely be included.

Complete the challenges, count the points and try to get as many as possible. The team who has the most points when the hunt ends - wins!

The announcement will be posted few days before hunt starts. When the announcement is posted, you can build up your teams.

Also, don't forget that AS Scavenger Hunt organisators are looking for prizes for the winners (1st, 2nd,3rd,4th,5th places) . If you have anything you could donate as a prize, whether that'd be a render, drawing, graphic, sketch, just PM the Scav Hunt organisator, UK-Ban Cat.
