There HAS been a Lion King 3 if you didn’t know it is also known as Lion King 1 ½. If there is ever going to be another movie made (which is what the point of this project is), it will be called Lion King 4. Here is what it is about: Kovu and Kiara have finally had their cubs, but Kopa returns wanting to kill Kovu as well as Kiara and their three cubs because he wanted to rule with his love Vitani. There will still be hyenas in the movie.

CHARACTERS

We need to have at least ten new characters for the movie. At least one of these characters has to be a hyena, the son or daughter of Shenzi and Bonzai. One has to be the mate of Zazu. Three of them are the cubs of Kovu and Kiara, two male and one female.

VOICE ACTORS

Now we need some voice actors to give this movie some meaning. We need voice actors for, Simba, Nala, Zira, Kovu, Kiara, The Triplets, Shenzi, Bonzai, Shenzi and Bonzai’s offspring, Timon, Pumbaa, Rafiki, Zazu, Scar, Mufasa and singing voices for all of these characters.

ANIMATORS

To be an animator you need to: Draw your best pictures and try to animate them. I need to have at least six animators at the most and three at the minimum. You will have to send a picture entry to prove that you are good enough to animate the pictures.

DVD COVER

If you want to design the front of the movie cover and the disk. Take pictures from the animations and draw them for the front cover and disk. Write the title (Lion King IV The Return of Kopa). Also DO NOT forget to add the rating to the disk (I am guessing PG for now but you will be the first the watch the fully animated movie and decide).

SCRIPT WRITTERS

I will be writing the script for the movie wit a little help from ONE person on this site, so who is up for this spot.

SONG WRITTERS

You will need to write the songs and lyrics for the movie. You will have to say who will sing it, try and include some instruments and get the person with the singing voice and let them sing a bit.

SCENCES

After we have created one scene we will preview it and go over it. We will put it on Youtube and see what other people think, (it will not be full colour at this stage, just black and white).

Scene 1

The sun rises. Animals are making their way to pride rock as a background song plays. When they have all arrived at pride rock, Kovu is standing near the edge looking over the Pride lands. Kiara comes out of the cave, and Rafiki follows her, holding three small cubs. Rafiki stands in front of Kovu and Kiara where all of the animals can see. He lifts up the Raja and Mutata and all of the animals cheer. Rafiki brings them back down and hands Kiara one, and Kovu the other. Rafiki then holds up Nela, and the same thing happens. Kovu and Kiara walk back into the den, still holding the cubs in their mouths while Rafiki follows holding the Nela. Kiara lies down and places all three cubs inside her wrapped arms.

Kiara: (smiling) Their names are Raja, Mutata and Nela.

Kovu: They're perfect.

Rafiki: And I bet the cub you choose to become king will make a great leader.

Rafiki walks out of the den to return to his tree. While he leaves, Kovu looks confused.

Kiara: What's wrong, Kovu?

Kovu: Well, we now have three cubs, which will we choose to become king?

Kiara: Well, don't you think that the eldest should become king? And the eldest is Raja after all.

Kovu: Yes, I know, but would that really be fair on Mutata? I mean, what if Raja doesn't listen to his lessons and would put everyone on danger, but Mutata or Nela would keep everyone safe?

Kiara: Well, teach all of them the lessons and the one who knows the most on what to do become the king or queen?

Kovu: But what if they keep interrupting each other when I teach them?

Kiara: Teach them separately then

Kovu: Good idea, your right (smiles)

Kiara: When have I ever not been right?

Kovu: When you said you could hunt on your own

Kiara: (playfully) Hey!

Kiara and Kovu: (chuckle)

The screen turns black for a moment and when it lights up the setting is a desert. An adult lion that looks like Simba but is really Kopa with a brown mane is standing there.

Kopa: Well, it's time to return. If Kiara has found a mate and had cubs, I will be able to get them out of the way easily. I will become king with Vitani as my queen. Soon, I will be a great king, like my father. I will never forget his teachings. I can see myself now. (Looks up in the sky) King Kopa

Screen turns black. The title, THE LION KING 4 KOPA'S RETURN appears on the screen like it will look on the cover.

Nalacubimpressioner: I would just like to point out three things: 1. It should be the polite thing to do to ask if you can do what you would like to do 2. Please read the previous comments. Aiyana-Kopa has already done a cover for it 3. It clearly says in the description that you must draw the images. I had a look at your entry and it looks to me like you got some bases, screenshots and maybe art from other people instead of a drawing

Hi! This project sounds really promising, but I have a few questions before I join. 1. What's the auditioning process for a voice acting role? Do I just record myself talking? (I've never done anything like this, so I don't really know.) 2. Could someone do both a speaking voice and a singing voice for a character? (I don't know if my voice is that great, but I would be willing to give it a try.) 3. Can't you/the people participating in the project get sued by Disney for doing this? If I'm correct, making a Lion King 4 (which includes some of the original characters) without permission from Disney is grounds for infringement issues. Well, that's all the questions I have - sorry for the long list. Like I said before, I'm really interested in this project, despite my concerns (i.e question number three).
