Yes, I would put it on your profile as Mightybalto1925 stated below.
There aren't really any rules against it, yet it isn't really a fan
creation, either. I would check with Steet before you upload it, just
to be safe. You can probably upload it and if it gets deactivated
place it in your profile somewhere. Double check the site rules. Until
then, like I said. I'm really not sure. PM Steet, if he doesn't reply
it's not my buisness. I don't know. I guess it's fine. |

I think it would be better off on your profile. I'm not sure where you
mean to put it. I don't think it would fit in as a fan image, since
it's more for creations. |
