Lion King 20th Anniversary
I just wanted to say to everyone how much The Lion King means to me.
I am obsessed with it! Ever since I watched it when I was 2 I had an obsession for these beautiful animals.
I like raising awareness for lions amongst my friends, I feature them in almost any school project and I surround my lives with them.
I cried for hours when Kamal, the Asiatic lion at the nearest zoo died even though I'd seen him twice. However, it had to be done to stop him suffering.
As for the future, I know you can volunteer in Africa and I'd love to do that to help the wildlife reserves preserve this majestic species.
Also, I have being a zookeeper as a job for which I would apply for if all my other plans fail. This is because I know animals well, especially lions, and helping lion populations is something I want to do.
And now that they've told us about Kion and the new Lion Guard, I can't wait to spread my obsession to others and raise even more awareness for the amazing species that rule my life.

By the way, I checked out the website and I was blown away! I think
for my birthday I'll ask my family to donate money to help me sponser
a lion or for the national parks. I've added it to my favourites and I
can't wait to see what the future holds! |
