Jabari and Kalina: 'All the Things . . .
. . . that We've Been Through, Together.'
This is my half of a surprise trade with Wildfire :)
Well, we were supposed to draw/render just one of each other's characters - for me it was a tricky decision between him and Ramses as they both stood out, but Jabari's subtle hints of Mufasa-, Sarabi- and Simba-ness all together, plus his interesting role behind the scenes of the film's story, was what made me finally choose him - HOWEVER, after seeing his mate I thought it was time Jabari and Kalina had a picture together :)
So, here they are and I hope you like it, Wildfire. Please don't feel pressured to put more than one character in your half! I enjoyed drawing this :)

So glad you like it I aimed for his 'look', not only physically -
as I could see he was meant to inherit his father's build yet had
larger eyes (like Simba) and other very slight differences - but I
also wanted to give him Mufasa's expression; I hope I cracked that
 I look forward to seeing your half - but as before, no rush. |

Ooooh my goodness, wow!!!  I love it, it's absolutely
beautiful! And I love how much you made him look like Mufasa, who he
pretty much gets his looks and body build from Thank you, thank you
so much! I promise I will get my half done as soon as possible
