The Lion King - Concept Art Version
BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THEY BEING DIFFERENT, I'LL SAY WHY: THOSE ARE A FEW CHARACTERS SHOWN IN CONCEPT ART, BETWEEN THEM SCAR, NUKA, MHEETU AND NAANDA.
Scar - He was designed as much bigger than Mufasa and a rogue lion at the time. He had colorless toes and no displayed claws. He had a bicolor mane, as well blue eyes like Nala. Scar also had another design of he being golden and having slit red eyes, like a snake.
Nuka - Nuka was used to have a groomed fur and a short black mane.
Mheetu - According to his colored concepts, Mheetu has pale reddish/orange fur as well as a Black nose. As for his uncolored concept art, he is shown to have Outlander nose like Scar and a small hair tuft. In all the sketches of him, he is shown to have spots like a realistic lion cub and a bit scruffy.
Naanda - Sarabi's sister, Naanda only appears in one concept, in which her back is to the audience. Her colors seem to mimic that of her sister's, as both lionesses have a rich pelt of tawny-golden fur. In addition, both huntresses are sleek and tightly-muscled.
Unknown - This cub is showed in one concept playing with Mufasa's tail with another lion cub. It's obvious that one cub was Simba, but the other one is unkown. There is no proof if it was baby Nala or a sibling of Simba.

Cool! Btw, I think I read somewhere that that early concept of the Unknown cub was actually Mheetu- however I could be wrong ^^ |
