Personality: As a cub, he is just like his father. As a teen, he gets a bit more responsible, like his mother.

History: Kopa is the fourth oldest son of Simba. He was presented after his three older brothers, Zaki, Tanabi and Taniba, had been presented. As a cub, Kopa not only looks but also acts very much like his father, who he greatly admires. His best friends are Vitani, Afua, and Beba. He is also very close with his brother Tanabi, and pretty close with his brother Shaka as well. Although most of his cubhood is wonderful, one faithful day proves this is not to last. When Kopa, Vitani, Afua, Beba, and Shaka are out playing near sundown, Zira decides to get revenge on Simba by killing his two sons and their friends. Zira manages to kill Shaka, but the other four luckily escape before she could even nick them. When Simba and the pride comes after hearing the cubs' screams, though they find no trace of Kopa, Vitani, Afua, or Beba, they find Shaka's motionless corpse near a smirking Zira. Simba then exiles Zira and her family and followers for the murder of his sons and his friends' cubs. After years of running, the now teenage Kopa wants to go back to The Pridelands. After a lot of convincing, he persuades his friends to go with him. Along the way, he and Vitani fall in love. After many months, they finally reach Priderock, where they happily reunite with their families. After a long decision, Simba chooses Kopa to be the next king.
