Evil Kion AU
So, I always liked the idea of Kion turning evil or mad, and after thinking more about ir, I got really attached to this theory, not only because of Kion but because of all the things I could include in this AU. This AU is a mix between TLG and TLK2 storylines
Basically, in this AU where Kion becomes evil, everything in a little bit different. I'll think about better ways to explain this AU because I'm really excited about it, but here's a little resume:
Kion is Kiara's younger brother but he always felt jealous of her being queen and always rubbing it in his face, Kion's Lion Guard is the same as in the series. When Kiara and Kion grow up (This takes place during TLK 2 storyline, around the time Kiara would have her first hunt), Kion goes completely mad with all his power and envy (and other reasons yet to be explained) and decides to take the throne. Kion kills his father and exiles Kiara and all of Simba's followers, he becomes King of the Pridelands.
In this AU, Kion is not as chaotic and destructive as Scar and the Pridelands don't get destroyed, but Kion creates a brute and cruel ''military'' system in the Pridelands. Tiifu becomes Kion's mate and bears him two cubs.
The whole conflict in this AU is about Kiara trying to take the Pridelands back from her evil brother and become the rightful queen.

I'm starting to like this idea now that you brought it up. Kion also
looks wonderful, I especially love how you did the scarring and how
you dulled down his colors to fit the grim atmosphere a bit more  |
