It was a month since Faith and Tzar had broken up.
Faith desperately wanted them to be friends again, so she tried to find Tzar. He was wallowing in self pity in their old cave, wishing he had Faith beside him.
'Faith!' he raised his head.
'you've come back!' he laughed.
'I knew you couldn't live without me!' he boomed.
His smile and laugh quickly faded away when Faith raised her head.
'No Tzar.' She said firmly.
'I won't hurt you again...I'm a changed lion.'
'I know, Tzar. But no.'
'What? Then why've you come back?' he asked, the blood started to boil, his claws unsheathing.
'Because I want to be friends.' Faith continued bravely.
'Friends?!' Tzar spat, like the word was poison.
'Yes, Tzar. things have got so awkward between us...' she said.
'Let me show you something...' Tzar growled, marching out of the cave.
Faith followed obediently. He climbed up to the roof of the cave, where you could see the Pridelands.
'Take a look Faith. Do you think the Pridelands want us to be friends? ' he demanded.
Faith shook her head. 'But we're not the Pridelands.' Faith growled a little.
'Did you...growl?' Tzar narrowed his eyes.
'HOW DARE YOU GROWL AT ME!' He screamed, and pushed her backwards.
Faith let out a blood curdling cry as she fell. She hung on desperately onto the roof of the cave with her paws. She buried her claws into the rock, but it was not enough-she was slipping backwards. Her feet scrambled in mid air like she was swimming in invisible water.
'Faith!' Tzar cried in horror.
He fell on his stomach and used his paws to clasp around Faith's arms. He hurled her up.
'I've loved you my whole life Faith...' he whispered, tears rolling from his eyes.
'I know Tzar...but I don't love you!' Faith grimaced. Tzar let go of her in shock.
She slipped back more.
'TZAR!' she screamed. 'Don't let me fall! Don't let me fall!' she pleaded.
'But you don't love me.' he declared. 'Nor do our cubs.'
'TZAR! I'm...I'M SLIPPING!'
'our life is a lie! You're a lie!'
'TZAR!' faith screamed, as her paws gave in and let go of the rock.
'FAITH!' Cried Tzar, watching her. 'FAITH NOO!' He wept.
The lioness tumbled to her death.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of Faith.
