You're a liar (Obi and Cherami)

While growing up with his father as king Obi became blind to what his father was doing. Even when he felt a need to help he held back given how his father would react. So Cherami took it upon herself to tell the manipulated lion the truth.

Cherami: "Your father is destroying the pridelands. You're helping him kill just for the sake of it"
Obi: "He's not destroying it, everything must die to be reborn as something better"
Cherami: "Did he tell you that? He's using you Obi, he's using you to scare the lionesses in to following him"
Obi: "You're wrong... Just keep this stuff to yourself yeah? He'd send the hyenas after you otherwise. It's not worth being killed over"

Following this conversation Obi walked away concerned about the lioness's safety. So he didn't mention the conversation again and continued his role as a faithful son, though he had his doubts when taking in the destruction his father caused.
