However, Anane's mother soon fell ill and died. Anane was left all alone, struggling to survive yet under protection of all the females in the pride. Anane, however, made it through and survived. Stone came to the pride and Anane fell in love with Angelina. Alexandera was his friend but Angelina was better. He grew to hate Stone as the years passed for taking his crush. One day Anane heard that Angelina was pregnant with Stone's cubs, and almost killed Stone. Then the rouge lion came to the pride and killed Angelina. Anane was even jealous that Stone killed the rouge. Over the years he became cold-hearted and snapped at anyone he passed. Yet he began to have a crush for Alex, who he had managed to keep as a friend. One day, Anane was about to ask her out when he overheard Stone asking her to go out with him. When she accepted, Anane fled. Stone had taken all of his crushes, he would never get a mate! Then news seemed to be spreading around about something, and Anane soon found out that Alex was pregnant with Stone's cubs. That did it. The next day Anane went to fight Stone. But Stone was very overprotective over his mate and Anane lost. He promised himself to to never fall in love again. Little did he know that Stone promised the same thing. And little did he know a simailar thing was about to be blown his way...

History: Anane was born in a females only pride. His mother had already given birth to three others sons as well as her five daughters, and Anane was the fourth. The king had warned her about her sons and told her if she had any more sons she and her son would be killed. His mother tried to explain that she couldn't help it if her child was a boy, but the king would not hear of it. All of the cub's father was the king. Anane's mother had three of her daughters with im and one of her sons. The king normally banished boys once their mane started to grow, but he needed a heir so kept the boy, as she was the only one who had a male worth becoming king. Then his mother met a rouge lion and fell in love with him. The rouge stayed out of the pride but they became mates. At first, they had daughters, two of them, then she started to have males. When Anane was born the king killed his mother but the rouge managed to save his cub. The rouge left the cub in a safe place when he was killed. Afterwards, a lioness out on a hunt saw the young cub, and took pity on him. She took him home to her pride, Shaka's pride.
