Seeing as how everyone appears to like how I've stylized the cast, I've made note of this to draw as many of the others as I can.

I agree, you should draw the rest of them like this.

Nezumi did a great job with this style, and it would be interesting to see him interpret the other characters this way. However (and this is no slight against Nezumi), I still prefer Don Bluth's unique and non-anime style. Generally-speaking, I've never much cared for anime art. But that's just me. Again, no reflection on Nezumi or his work whatsoever.

To me, "Easter" tends to only have two correlations that I understand: a religious one, and one surrounding bunnies and candy. As to "Easter anime" (whatever that is), I got nuthin'.

Very well then, we shall refer to the Don as DB, Don, or simply Bluth. XD

People rarely use Bluth's middle name when referring to him (let alone to most other people), Nezumi. You don't have to keep doing it. It just seems overly-formal and rather distracting. Of course, that's just a suggestion.
