Louie's in 3D

A TaleSpin fan on the web has used some 3D software to recreate Louie's place :

The 3D rendition itself is not bad, but this reminds me just how much I would NOT want to see a TaleSpin CGI series...

Currently on Ebay, the TaleSpin original soundtrack CD by Christopher L.Stone is available (that's a rare new/unopened copy! and remember that there were produced in very limited quantity, something like a hundred...) Of course the starting bid is pretty high (25$) and I expect this to sell at a good price.

(judging by the art style of Phineas & Ferb, Fish Hooks or Kick Buttowski : imagine those styles applied to TaleSpin...brrr....*shivers from the thought*)

I don't think that if they'll create new series of TS or other DA shows they'll be looking like that.

At least Disney did not destroy these characters with CGI, the way most other companies did (see the live action "Alvin" or "Yogi Bear" to know what I mean...)

At the same time, is it really a good thing? I mean, if they DID make a new CGI series, at least it would make many people remember the original one, and there could be possibilities for getting better DVD releases, merchandise and such...
So, I would not be completly AGAINST a new CGI series. I mean, I would prefer that over "NOTHING". Because "NOTHING" is the worst that can happen.
