At first I thought that it was a real comic, because it looked like a real comic. That person is a very talented artist. But then I noticed Louie's potty mouth. Bet he didn't get that from the Junior Woodchuck's Guidebook.

Cool that you supported the other comics even though they weren't what you really wanted...I think I understand your frustration a little better...

Hope things do workout with regards to getting Talespin revived through Marvel, I have fond memories of that show too.

Well sorry again. I suspected the cancellation of CDRR comics a while ago, so I wasn't much surprised but still disappointed. (because I DO/DID like the CDRR comics, much more than the actual series actually! especially on the art side : I still think the first issues are the most beautiful Disney comics I have ever seen)

I like CDRR, just not as much. I did support the current DA books by buying all the CDRR and Darkwing comics until now (and several covers of each, including overpriced incentives!) and I enjoy them. So don't come telling me I don't care about the other DA series...because I do. But, you know...it's a matter of priorities.

There may just never be new (official) TaleSpin adventures again. I would have done anything just to get 4 issues of a new TS comic... (and 400+ other people seems to agree with me, according to the petition! at least that's some kind of hope)

I'd be disappointed, but I wouldn't begrudge others enjoying their comics.

I'm a R/R fan for the record, and frankly I'm a bit embarrassed by the way some fans are reacting to the cancellation tbh. I'm just grateful for eight issues we did get.

Yes, I know you guys got nothing and I understand you guys feel left out. But I don't get the antagonism toward the fans that got to see their fave DA shows in comic form. That's all.

Hey crumb, sorry about that. I didn't mean I want Darkwing Duck or Ducktales to end - in my perfect world, there would be comics for each DA series! I did a lot on the site to promote the Darkwing books and Rescue Rangers comics, you know. (while even Darkwing Duck fansites did not promote Rescue Rangers comics and vice versa...)

And I don't think Marvel would stop publishing Darkwing Duck books (at least, now that I've heard Aaron Sparrow's point of view on this, I strongly think they would) And that would also allow widespread sales, bigger budgets and maybe better stories.

But look from our point of view. Boom can't release TaleSpin comics. What choice do we have but to turn to Marvel?

Crumb, I don't know if you're a Darkwing Duck or CDRR fan, but you would react the exact same way if your favorite series couldn't get comics either...

I wouldn't be if I were you, if what happened with Gargoyles after SLG lost the license is any indication. Disney will be sitting on it for years.
