I was wondering if anybody from Disney company or those involved in making the TaleSpin cartoon ever thought of making a movie where the TaleSpin characters go live?

You see, I've watched the Country Bears movie and I thought Beary looks like the live version of Kit. he just need a green wool sweater and a blue baseball cap with a red brim, and Big Al could pass for Baloo, just need a yellow flight shirt and red pilot cap.

Basically, my idea is to reuse the two of the Country Bears, dress them as TaleSpin characters and cast them as Kit and Baloo.

What do you think, Jymn? I'd love to see this movie if they ever consider making it. If I had it my way, you'd be director. :D

Anyway, I was wondering what you think of this idea and that if anyone had thought of it before.

1) If such a thing happened, new costumes would have to be designed to match the Tale Spin characters. I wouldn't like to see the Country Bears do double duty.

2) I seriously doubt any such project would be undertaken. As I said before, the Disney organization was never 100% behind Tale Spin. So they would look at the project and say "Nobody's interested in Tale Spin anymore." (Why? Cuz Disney doesn't keep it alive!) So don't hold yer breath for a live action version.

By the way, I'd rather write the movie than direct it. But thanks.

I really hate it when people assumed nobody's interested in Tale Spin, when it's THEIR fault for not keeping it alive. At times like this, I really wish the KCCSinitserSix have took over Disney already. Well I hope they'll open their ignorant eyes and realize that they had something going with TaleSpin and other Disney Afternoon shows. If all they care about is money, then Disney is really going downhill If they thought no one was interested in TaleSpin, they need to open their eyes and see that a lot of people really dislike their new Phineas and Ferb show, that show is rubbish in my opinion, it can't even hold a candle to TaleSpin! TaleSpin have a lot more meaning and good values than that show any day! No one wants to watch a show where all adults are so stupid they let the KIDS carry on with things that they are CLEARLY too young to be doing. I really hate it when Disney shows stuff like this when they should be showing more meaningful shows like Darkwing Duck, TaleSpin, DuckTales and many more.

I probably wouldn't like a live-action Talespin...But that's only me. And yes, if no one's interested in Talespin, that's exactly because they're not making any efforts for it - and this applyies to many of other film/series!

Trixie looks like she'd make a good Rebecca, by the way, just needs to add hair to her head and style it to Rebecca's hairstyle.
