Question :
Dear Jymn, may I ask you, as former TaleSpin producer, do you have TS illustrated press releaze or a style guide, or another stuff of that sort, and could you to share it with TS community? Sorry if my question is uncorrect. I seen TS style guide once in Web but now it disappeared.
Sincerely yours,
Pashka Geraskin.

Best answer :
Every show we created at Disney TVA had several documents attached.
1) Pitch materials. A write-up of What To Expect for possible network/syndication buyers. There was also a set of art cards that went along with a comical verbal pitch. (Two of my pitches were actually videotaped to help the sales team.) These would be sales tools.
2) A bible. Bible means "writers' guidelines" or "show compendium." This is an in-house tool for the creative staff. It lists all the rules of the show, the character dynamics, and possible story lines. Artwork is often attached.
3) Sales materials: This would be created (primarily by the Merchandising departments) to help licensees make toys, books, dolls, sleepwear. It's mainly artwork with blurbs about the series and characters. Again, this is a sales tool, and the animation department probably wouldn't see it or approve it.

I have a lot of this stuff. So someone would have to talk to the webmaster to find out how some of these things could be posted on the website. I don't personally know how to do that.
