Bigwig takes Thorn aside and talks to him alone.
"Because of the position you had in Efrafa and who you're er . . . related to, you will need to be guarded by two rabbits here on Watership Down." said Bigwig, looking a little uncomfortable as he wondered how Thorn was going to take it."You *ehem* understand, don't you?"
"Yes," Thorn said. "I understand."
"Oh," Bigwig looked surprised."So, your not feeling . . . I don't know . . . funny about the whole thing?"
"No," Thorn said with a smile."Don't worry. I was watched by two rabbits in Efrafa. I'm used to it."
