Personality:
always trying to do something new, he is not scared by a challenge and, due to his curiosity, will likely do anything that he finds nice or interesting, the problem is that most of the time he is not able to complete successfully what he is doing, doesn't matter how much he tries, 8 times out of 10, he will do it wrong, he doesn't do it intentionally, it just happens; after these episodes, he usually gets very depressed and disappointed by himself and he needs to wait some time before doing something else new.

Other:
his father, Will, was already involved in a relationship with a female but had cheated on her while travelling and he had some pups from a female German Sheperd. Helios was the bigger pup of the litter. He was quite indipendent but always joined his siblings when they had to make fun of their brother Zak, who looked very weird compared to them. Helios also had a shorter tail but nobody seemed to care about this, Zak was a better guy to pick on, he was smaller, a weirdo, while Helios looked like a pure Sheperd, and he was bigger. Helios was noticed by a police dog a day, when he was out exploring a park. The police dog offered him a full training and a well paid work. Helios accepted without thinking. The thought of adventure and thoughness had driven him crazy and so, he left. The training was hard but he survived and was able to pass the exams but mostly for luck. His police dog carreer didn't last long tho.He was always ready for action, for everything but not all of his missions ended up positively. His owner always wanted to give him another opportunity but, during a mission to find some drug, he was shot. Helios was condamned guilty by the elder police dogs and he was forced to quit and leave. He was deported in San Francisco and was left in the streets. He wandered around and stopped in a bar owned by a dobberman who was called Joey. Helios wasn't in the mood to talk but, under the pressure of Joey's half brother, Zak, he got a cup of coffee and told them that he was kicked out his job because of something he didn't do. Another dog, a black sheperd, Chandler, seemed very interested about Helios' past work but, while Joey and the others were trying to cheer him up, the mix noticed that he wasn't the only one who was feeling depressed. He noticed that a young orangeish girl was sitting near a window, looking outside with a very sad face. He asked Joey who she was and the bardog told him that the girl was his daughter, Sam, who was sad because his mate had just been killed by her uncle because of jealousy. Helios was shocked to hear such a story and felt sorry for her. After a bit of talking with her, he was able to get her out of the bar and Joey was thanksful for this. Helios got to know all their friends but one in particular had caught his attention from the very first moment: Zak. The tan dog looked very familiar and, after a confrontation between the two, they found out to be brothers. Helios had left his family way before Zak and was a bit disappointed when neither his brother could give him some informations about their mother but he didn't show it. Helios decided to stay there with his brother, mostly because he had nowhere else to go and because he somehow wanted to help Sam since he felt to be very similar to her.
