my question is why did Killer not make his apperance in All Dogs go to Heaven 2 at the end of the first film he was seen pushing Anne Marie to safety out of the water after the casino was burnt down and sunk to the bottom of the bayou and than when Carface after being seperated from him in heaven did not mention him at all in the sequel becuase he himself was a henchmen like Killer was but Killer made his comeback in the series and the christmas,special so how did they reunite if Killer was dropped from All Dogs go to Heaven 2 7

This is an interesting question. It is confusing how killer is never mentioned in the second film but he is in the Christmas carol and series. I suppose you could look at the series and Christmas carol as separate films not connected to the first or second film. Or you could make your own story about it.
